Services

Testing & Analysis

We use a special Spectrum Analyzer to produce an Analysis Certificate providing the following information: the type of material received, the number of bags and their weight, and whether the material has been mixed or milled.

Sourcing

Due to close and persistent contact with artisanal miners and mining companies, our company is able to ensure a constant and stable mineral supply. In order to ensure quality and good business relationships, we pay a pre-established deposit amount to the suppliers upfront before carrying out our in-house processing, testing and analysis.

Crushing

Each material is crushed in our crushing machines until it reaches the consistency of powder. Magnetic separators are also used to separate mixed materials into Iron, Tin or Tantalum, discarding the iron and storing the tin and the tantalum are stored. All materials are regularly weighed at different stages of the process.

Tagging

It is very important that all material that come to our facility MUST be tagged, with no exception. The iTSCi Programme is a joint industry membership programme designed to assist companies with traceability, due diligence and audit requirements on purchases of minerals from high risk areas as recommended in the OECD Due Diligence Guidelines and UN recommendations.

Packing

Before packing the steel drums for export, they must be issued with a corresponding tag conforming to the iTSCi Programme. Resources Authority/Geology and Mines Department (OBM) who have an office at our facility are the government body responsible for checking the incoming mineral tags as well as for issuing the final export tag for the processed minerals.

Shipping

The steel drums are loaded into 20 or 40 foot containers. The containers are loaded onboard the shipping vessel for their final destination.
